About the API
The CINCH CONNECT API features the following components with a brief description of these components in the context of a use case.
Single-Sign on
Business users can sign into CINCH or access functions of CINCH CCM in two ways:
Using CINCH CCM standalone (all features and functionality) :
Users can log into CINCH directly using password login and go directly into the CINCH Portal. The CINCH application is hosted in the secure Microsoft Azure cloud.
Using functions of CINCH CCM (selected functionality) :
Users can log in through their home care technology platform and in the background, be authenticated and sign using Azure active directory. Once authenticated, CINCH will know what functions they are calling and through the CINCH CONNECT gateway, access the appropriate functionali

CINCH CONNECT COMPONENTS
CINCH CONNECT Components function allows access to custom APIs tailored to the supported integration uses cases described in xxxxxxxxx. These APIs will include libraries of open CINCH APIs and custom APIs built for CINCH home care technology partners tailored specifically to their products. We will set up the proper security for each home care technology platform we support.
