CINCH CCM - Community Care Made Easy

CINCH CCM has been designed from day one to work with home care technology platforms enabling them to offer their customers the ability to deliver and manage community-based home care. CINCH CCM can be used completely in a standalone mode, or various functions of CINCH CCM can be accessed, or CINCH may receive information to or from an integrated offering with a home care technology platform. The use cases for various business integrations scenarios are described later in this document.

CINCH CONNECT

CINCH CONNECT represents an open enterprise class set of application programming interfaces (API’s). The architecture created around CINCH CONNECT allows developers of traditional home care technology platforms to essentially “embed” selective functions of CINCH to accomplish a business task.

The CINCH CONNECT API features the following components with a brief description of these components in the context of a use case.

Single-Sign on

Business users can sign into CINCH or access functions of CINCH CCM in two ways:

  • Using CINCH CCM standalone (all features and functionality) :

    Users can log into CINCH directly using password login and go directly into the CINCH Portal. The CINCH application is hosted in the secure Microsoft Azure cloud.

  • Using functions of CINCH CCM (selected functionality) :

    Users can log in through their home care technology platform and in the background, be authenticated and sign using Azure active directory. Once authenticated, CINCH will know what functions they are calling and through the CINCH CONNECT gateway, access the appropriate functionali

CINCH CONNECT COMPONENTS

CINCH CONNECT Components function allows access to custom APIs tailored to the supported integration uses cases described in xxxxxxxxx. These APIs will include libraries of open CINCH APIs and custom APIs built for CINCH home care technology partners tailored specifically to their products. We will set up the proper security for each home care technology platform we support.

About Our Company

Picture

Tim and Gina Murray are the co-founders and developers of CINCH CCM, Inc. They are the founders and former owners of Aware Senior Care, a highly-awarded home care agency in Cary, North Carolina. 

Gina and Tim Murray got their start in home care as proud members of the membership network The Senior's Choice in August 2014. They grew Aware Senior Care into a $5M+ business with 12 full-time staff and 165 caregivers before selling it in December 2020.

When their home care agency was chosen in 2016 to provide community based home care in an independent senior living community, they found that no technology existed to help them fulfill the community’s needs. They started development of CINCH CCM in 2018 to support the unique care model required to serve independent communities.
